This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray

I have always struggled with sleeping, not only waking up numerous times throughout the night but also with the dropping off part. I seem to be shattered all day long but as soon as it is time to wind down and start snoozing I am wide awake. Obviously this is heightened during stressful life periods but even when I am care free I will be laying awake until the early hours thinking about ridiculous scenarios. Not totally ideal.

A couple of years ago my friend Alexandra (yeah that one again, she buys the best gifts) very thoughtfully purchased the This Works: Deep  Sleep Pillow Spray for me for Christmas and it totally did the job but it isn't really something you would think to repurchase for yourself. Until sleep becomes a real problem, like it is now at 35 weeks pregnant. So I treated myself..

I ordered the large spray via ASOS. (I always order brands on ASOS if I can because the delivery is free and I trust their customer care and returns departments.) At £30 a pop it definitely isn't the cheapest 'room spray' on the market but as the name suggests this one really works. The deep pillow spray uses a super blend of Lavender, Vetivert and Camomile to sooth and calm both your body and your mind. And all you have to do is pop it on your pillow.
Getting a good nights sleep has such an impact on your skins appearance it is basically the first thing you need in your beauty regime, lack of sleep can lead to an increase in stress hormones which will make skin conditions like acne of psoriasis worse.

Do you find it hard to get to sleep? Please share your tips with me!

  1. I'm obsessed with mine now! I don't know whether it's in my head or what but I always feel like I drift off to sleep easier !

  2. I really used to find it hard to sleep but since I started working full time, I've not had a problem. It's probably because I'm tiring myself out. Every review I've read about this is positive, so if I start struggling again, I'll definitely purchase it x
